The practice undertakes commissions in the field of housing, leisure, commerce and industry and has experience in refurbishment work and interior design. Specialist services include that of expert witness, land appraisals, feasibility studies, surveying services in all its formats and planning matters.

Heywoods provide a planning and design service together with effective project management resulting in buildings of a distinctive character being  produced both economically and to a timetable.

In order that a client can fully understand the full implication of any potential development we offer a free first meeting service either in our offices or at the client’s home/office/site.

At this meeting we discuss and advise on the client’s aspirations and explain fully the tortuous road of building developments from scheme inception to completion and the obligations of the appointed professional (and of the client).
